I. Please provide a full-body photo, clearly visible, in a 3:2 ratio.

II. You need to assemble the kit by youeself after receiving but we will provide the step-by-step digital building instructions for you to follow.

III. This product recreates your photo using building bricks. Due to the physical limitations of brick pieces, it may not achieve a perfect 100% likeness, but we will capture the key features as accurately as possible.

IV. As this is a custom-made product, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.

V. This is a custom-made product and cannot be resold once it is made. Therefore:
A full refund is available before the design process begins.
If the design has already started but production has not, a 50% refund can be issued.
Once production has begun, the order is non-refundable and non-returnable.
